The Olsek Ice Shower is a self-contained cold-exposure system for your bathroom. It chills its own 15 L water supply, then delivers that water across your body through the high-coverage Olsek Halo while you stand in your shower. The used water leaves through your existing shower drain. It is a complete system, not a shower-head attachment.

How cold does the Olsek Ice Shower get?
You can set the water anywhere from 1°C to 15°C. Olsek chills the water itself, so the result does not depend on the temperature coming from your tap. The 1°C setting is the most intense end of the range; you can start warmer and lower the temperature as you adapt.
Does it require plumbing, drilling or an electrician?
No. Olsek does not connect to your home’s plumbing, alter your shower mixer or require a bathroom power socket. The Halo attaches with an adjustable no-drill mount, and the supplied 24V bathroom-side power system connects to a standard UAE outlet outside the wet area. Place the unit, mount the Halo, connect the hose and fill the reservoir.
How long does the water take to cool?
For the first fill, set Olsek the night before and let it chill overnight. After each 30-second session, top up the reservoir and it will usually return to your chosen temperature within a few hours, depending on the amount added and your tap-water temperature. Filling with refrigerated water shortens that time. Olsek can remain on 24/7 to keep the next session ready.
Will the Olsek Ice Shower fit in my bathroom?
The cooling unit measures 55 × 41 × 29 cm and only needs a small gap from the wall so its vents can breathe. The adjustable Halo mount and 1.5 m hose make it suitable for walk-in showers, wet rooms and bathtub setups without taking over the room like a cold plunge.
